One Wembley Park – Summer 2023 – Scan To Win

These Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) are applicable to the One Wembley Park Promoter: One Wembley Park London Designer Outlet, Wembley Park, Wembley HA9 0PA (“LDO”) Scan To Win Prize Draw launched on the 22nd July 2023 – 3rd September 2023. Please check these T&C’s regularly to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at the time that you enter the Prize Draw.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions. By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, a Participant must fully comply with the T&C’s. The Prize Draw is only open to individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry; (ii) are a member of One Wembley Park (iii) and are legal residents in the United Kingdom.

2. Employees of the Promoter and participating retailers, restaurants and leisure, its agents, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this offer individuals are not eligible to enter or win a Prize Draw.

3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.

4. Promotion Period: This promotion commences on 10:00 GMT on the 22nd July 2023 and closes at 11.59pm GMT on 3rd September 2023

5. How to Enter: Visit Wembley Park and London Designer Outlet and use your One Wembley Park Rewards Club QR code and scan with every purchase that you make with participating retailers, restaurants and leisure facilities to be entered into the Prize Draw. Every scan will get one entry, there is no limitations to the amount of entries as long as the QR code is scanned with a purchase.

6. To view the participating retailers, restaurants and leisure facilities, download the One Wembley Park App, click on shops and all the participating brands will be listed

7. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by the last day of the applicable Entry Period.
8. Only those QR code scans received by Promoter during Entry Period will be valid. Promoter will be the official timekeeper for all Prize Draws.

9. All entries into a Prize Draw have an equal chance of winning.

10. Should the One Wembley Park devices in participating stores, restaurants and leisure facilities not be working at the time of the scan then the entrant can take their proof of purchase along with their unique QR code – found on One Wembley Park app or email to Guest Services located in the London Designer Outlet, next to Clarks where their entry will be made through the device.

11. No person may win more than 1 Prize during the entire Promotion Period.

12. The Prize: There will be a total of 5 winners across the Promotional Period.  1 of 5 winners will win 1 x £500 London Designer Outlet Gift Card.

13. Further Entry & Prize Details and Conditions:
a. During the promotional period, guests who want a refund should return to the store(s) at a later date of their choice, subject to the retailer’s usual time-limited refund policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection legislation for faulty or mis-described goods.
b. If you return your purchase you will still be entered into the relevant Prize Draw.
c. Each Gift Card prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
d. The Gift Cards will be awarded directly to the winners at Guest Services at the London Designer Outlet- once the provisional winner has been confirmed as a winner.
e. All Gift Card’s must be collected within one full calendar month of Prize Acceptance.
f. All Gift Cards have a 1-year expiry period from the date of loading the monies.
g. The Gift Card can only be used within London Designer Outlet and no retailers/restaurants or leisure facilities outside of the London Designer Outlet.

14. Winner Selection: 5 provisional winners, each winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the relevant Entry Period by a verifiably random process. The Prize Draw will be conducted within 5 working days of the end of the Entry Period.

15. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contact via the email address and/or telephone number (if applicable) registered with their One Wembley Park account within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

16. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing guestservices@london-designer-outlet.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

17. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and country of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to rewards@onewembleypark.uk. The winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

18. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

19. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

20. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should any prize become unavailable for any reason.

21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to One Wembley Park London Designer Outlet.

22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS13377) or accepting or using a Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

23. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all wins and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Wins that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

26. Data Protection: Personal details registered by entrants when participating in the promotion will be used for fulfilment of prizes only and will not be retained once the promotion has ended. By scanning a valid One Wembley Park QR code you agree that One Wembley Park may contact you via email, phone, and mail in connection with the Prize Draw in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

27. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

28. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Prize includes one 38g Lindt milk chocolate bar in exchange for a completed trail sheet. Limited to one prize per person. (please check the packaging for ingredients)
  2. Prepare to Party Trail running from Saturday 22nd July – Sunday 3rd September
  3. This prize cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other reward or promotion.
  4. Subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances.
