Yes, we have baby changing rooms within the LDO to ensure a comfortable experience for families with young children.
Yes, our shopping centre is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and lifts located throughout the LDO.
We have disabled toilet facilities that are RADAR key operated. We also have a Shop Mobility service for those who need help getting around the centre. We also run a Shopping Companions service to ensure everyone can enjoy their day out to the fullest.
We love dogs and the LDO has recently become a dog friendly centre.

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased at Guest Services (located next to Clarks) or online via our website. These gift cards can be used at any participating store within the LDO.
