We appreciate how frustrating it can be to lose something and do everything we can to reunite people with the things they’ve mislaid.
The good news is that unlike at most other retail destinations, at LDO it doesn’t matter where within the centre you lose your property, as all lost property items (whether mislaid in a store, restaurant, or out on the malls) are sent to Guest Services as soon as they are found, usually within 24 hours.
To report a lost item please click here.
Every effort is made to reunite a lost item with its owner but sometimes items remain unclaimed. All lost property is stored securely off-site and retained for one month after being handed into Guest Services. If an item remains unclaimed after one month, LDO reserves the right to dispose of it as it sees fit.
